Ella Jackson BA (Hons) Fine Art 2020

My work explores our relationship with nature and how we attach ourselves to locations through memories. I use film and photography to capture these moments, travelling and dancing through locations which are a part of my past.

For my current project, I had to find a way to express connection without leaving my front door and turn my home into my stage.

Each portrait is a flashback; each performance is an investigation into nostalgia and time, a glimpse into sunny days spent with the family and afternoons running through the woods with your friends.
