Jennifer Loumont BA (Hons) Photography 2020

Jennifer Loumont is a visual artist who enjoys creating abstract art. She focuses her practice on playing with colours, textures and digital technology. "Lost in Translation" is a project that explores the matter of the JPEGs through glitches and Augmented Reality. After an unexpected glitch whilst making work, Loumont investigates the materiality of digital photographs with the idea that only things that have matter can be altered.
