During our current situation, it is especially important to take as little as 10 minutes a day to slow down and calm your mind. I will show you how to do this using the simple tool of breath.
This workshop will contain two mindful breathing and relaxing techniques that I have come across during my 9 year yoga and meditation practice. Best of all, they are easily done from your own home. Enjoy!
