Last year I set up ‘Our Stories Matter’ which is a peer-based mental health resource. Often when we suffer from mental illnesses we feel alone and excluded from the world. So I created a resource where people share their personal stories and experiences with mental health. I’ve been using my artistic skills to create self-care materials & positive message illustrations.
