Lauren Perchard BA (Hons) Interactive Arts 2020

Voyeurism (2020) and In Conversation (2020) are explorations and critiques of pornographic imagery and the commodification of sex, especially in relation to Queer sexuality. These pieces cast the viewer in the role of the voyeur whilst also providing a narrative of the pitfalls of sex commodities, encouraging them to think critically about their own relationship with sex imagery.

Lauren Perchard makes graphically focussed work which often draws on Queer experience, identity, and language.
