Global Design Camp

The world is changing. New technology and digital advances mean that some of the jobs we do today will disappear, while new roles take their place. Many skills deemed important today will be less important in a decade. However, the demand for design skills is expected to continue to grow.

Seeing the jump in importance of design skills, on a global scale in just five years, further demonstrated the need for such a project. As our Head of Design, Joe McCullagh, said:

“Global societal challenges need global design teams and skills! Global Design Camp will uniquely equip students with the methodologies and new tools to help global designers to work collaboratively across differing times zones with action and real purpose.”
