Stitch and Colour From research, drawing to visualisation, I have documented my project’s development in this sketchbook by showing my examples of my successful and unsuccessful pieces of work. This sketchbook explores the ideas of the production/designing for home textile products like wallpapers, bedding, curtains and cushions. I have explored stitch and colours inspired by summer flowers in the U.K. The research in the sketchbook shows home textile from inspiration to its making in my practice unit. I have also explored various interior designer shops and galleries like ‘Laura Ashley’, ‘John Lewis’, ‘The Village furniture’ and Whitworth art gallery, to take inspiration for making a home textile-based collection.
